I brought the bumper pack and unfortunately one of the pumps wasn’t working. Wasn’t an issue I just squeezed the solution out but thought it was worth emailing just in case this was a product fault the customer service was great. They sent me some tips to try which were unfortunately unsuccessful and followed up with a whole new product being sent out. The service was fab, polite and friendly - the products are great too!

I placed an order early in my pregnancy for the sickness spray which didn't work for me at all sadly :( I left a review on the website a few months later and was contacted by the lovely Liz on the CS team. She offered to send a product of my choice to try out which I accepted gratefully - this is incredible customer service! I felt compelled to write this having had such a positive experience with this company. I ordered a product which came incredibly quickly and neatly packaged. Unfortunately my friend had bought me the same product as a gift on the same day I ordered - I rang to cancel my order and customer service were extremely helpful and followed through with an email. Although I haven’t kept the product I can’t fault the speed of delivery and the quality of customer service, especially in the current situation.
